20 ounces of crushed pineapple (keep the juice!)
1 package of instant vanilla pudding (3.4 ounces)
1 cup of whipped topping, thawed
In a bowl, mix the undrained crushed pineapple with the dry vanilla pudding mix.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until it’s well combined.
Pop the bowl into the fridge and chill for about an hour.
