Nana used to make this on the regular, and now we do! So refreshing and tasty! We make a huge batch and drink it over several weeks!

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)
1 cup sugar
2 cups pineapple juice
2 liters ginger ale, chilled
1 pineapple, cut into chunks
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

. In a large pitcher, dissolve the sugar in the fresh lemon juice by stirring vigorously.
2. Add the pineapple juice to the lemon-sugar mixture and stir to combine.
3. Just before serving, pour the ginger ale into the pitcher.
4. Add the pineapple chunks and stir gently to mix everything together.
5. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves for a refreshing and beautiful presentation.Variations & Tips
For those who like a bit of a twist, add a splash of coconut water for a more tropical taste, or include a splash of rum for an adults-only version. If you’re not a fan of ginger ale, sparkling water works as a great substitute. Also, feel free to try different types of sugar like coconut sugar, which can add a deeper, caramel-like sweetness to the punch.
