I was overweight from 2018 and I didn’t find any rules to follow and nobody wants to give me some help. So, I give up and I learned to live with my body. In 2020 I started to feel motivation and new breath, which gives me new energy to find a way to help myself. In 2021 I lost a lot of weight using this beautiful method, and now in 2022, I decided to share it with you.
